Team ACRA Racing 01/12/2007

A couple of car nuts, Jeff and Peter are constantly talking GTR's and race cars. Jeff has a lot of experience in Targa Tasmania with records such as 3 outright, and regular placing in the top 10 since 1993.

Peter is just beginning his motor sport obsession with Skylines Australia and competes regularly in Club level Motorkhana's and Drag Racing.

Jaguar Car Club Victoria Hill Climb 01/07/2007

Jeff and friend Don, ventured to the Morwell hill climb track on the weekend of 23rd and 24th of June for the Jaguar Car Club of Victoria meet.

They took up a Nissan R33 GTR N1 and an Evo9 Targa Car and ran some pretty hot times.

Jeff’s best was a blinder of 33.61 in the GTR and a 34.16 in the Evo. Don managed a 34.05 in the GTR and a 35.48 in the Evo.
According to the Gippsland Car Club lap records, Jeff’s 33.61 ranks faster than Rick Simmons running a 33.78 in a GTR Touring car 1996.

They may be veterans, but they are still pretty damn fast!
